  • We are very thankful for having met Robert and his team.

“I first met Robert several years ago when I needed help navigating the immigration process of an application. Since then, my family and friends have gone to Robert and his team for guidance and representation. Robert has always been honest, professional and reliable. • Knowledgeable and confident

“Robert worked on my case that was hopeless to be solved for the past 8 years, spending a huge amount of money with other lawyers. Robert said it from the beginning and told me what would it take to get this done. Despite my doubts, Robert stayed consistent with his answers and confident with the outcomes. Finally, I got an approval letter from USCIS for my wife. Thank you Robert for everything you have done for me!”

  • Highly recommended!

“My wife and I used Robert Milla as our attorney to file for my wife's green card (through marriage). He was careful, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive (much better than a previous immigration attorney we hired for a different matter). Everything went smoothly with our application and interview, and my wife now has her green card! Highly recommended!”

  • Personal immigration lawyer

“Justin is my goto immigration lawyer. I came here as a student and Justin handled my H1B case couple of years ago. Although Trump administration was pushing back on many of the cases with RFEs, Justin gave a strongly worded response back and got me, my H1B. Last year, fortunately I met my now wife and after we got married, Justin handled our green card processing with ease and seamlessly. He has many contacts in the Immigration office, which made even more easier and hospitable for my interview. He was available throughout the interview and even helped on a couple difficult questions in between the interview. Throughout the processing, I found Justin highly organized and great understanding of the domain. He is very current with the news and changes to immigration laws and if he doesn't have answer then, you can expect an email to follow up with answers. I highly recommend Justin as a personal immigration lawyer.”

  • Great job guys!!!

“My husband and I hired Robert to handle our marriage based residency case. We met with several attorneys. Robert was our last one. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed at all. After we walked out of the consultation my husband and I looked at each and knew Robert was the one. This process can be complicated, but Robert and his team made it very simple. His legal assistant, Daniel, was a pleasure to work with. They were both very responsive, which is important in dealing with these matters. He prepared us for our final interview and everything turned out great! No problems, no issues. Great job guys!!!”

He always kept me informed in everything that was going on or if I needed other documents. he showed that he really genuinely cared about my case. I will forever be grateful with his hard work and dedication. now I am living a better life and worry free. I did speak to other lawyers before him but the minute I spoke to him I trusted him. I will recommend Mr. Vicario, he has worked on other family members cases and I been speaking to friends who need immigration services.”

  • Would have been lost without them!

“Fantastic firm and most notably my wonderful attorney Justin Hoefflicker. He was clear and easy to understand, helpful and able to think outside the box to answer our questions and various what if scenarios. We would have been lost without him deciphering the response letters from the USCIS. Thank you Justin!”
