  • Robert is extremely detail-oriented and personable

“Robert handled our marriage based permanent residency case and it was successfully approved. When we had our consultation with him, he admitted to be a challenging case and was honest about the outcome being 50/50. Robert is very polite but firm in his communication. There's no room for misinterpretation and he gives clear instructions and recommendations as to what the next steps are, what documents to gather and in what format. He responds to emails very quickly, no matter what the question is. Our case was approved and we couldn't be more grateful for Robert's help. We highly recommend his services to anyone seeking legal advise as he is a trustworthy lawyer.”

“I had problems bringing my wife back to US. Couple different lawyers promised to help but just wasted my money and time. • Great job guys!!!

“My husband and I hired Robert to handle our marriage based residency case. We met with several attorneys. Robert was our last one. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed at all. After we walked out of the consultation my husband and I looked at each and knew Robert was the one. This process can be complicated, but Robert and his team made it very simple. His legal assistant, Daniel, was a pleasure to work with. They were both very responsive, which is important in dealing with these matters. He prepared us for our final interview and everything turned out great! No problems, no issues. Great job guys!!!”

  • Highly recommend!

“We were referred to Mr. Milla by our previous attorney, who felt that our case had "hit the wall." In our opinion, R. Milla was the best thing that happened to our case! After over three years filled with nothing but frustration, we've asked for Robert's help. Our case was approved and I received my Green Card in just a few months. Robert was always up-front and honest about the possible outcome, answered all our never-ending questions and addressed all concerns. The phone calls and e-mail communications were always answered in a timely and professional manner. Our case was based on marriage to US citizen and had some roadblocks along the way, but thanks to Robert's expertise, we are very happy campers now, planning our first vacation abroad! Result: Application for adjustment of status to permanent resident (“green card”) approved after filing a mandamus action in federal court for an unreasonable delay”

  • Knowledgeable and confident

“Robert worked on my case that was hopeless to be solved for the past 8 years, spending a huge amount of money with other lawyers. Robert said it from the beginning and told me what would it take to get this done. Despite my doubts, Robert stayed consistent with his answers and confident with the outcomes. Finally, I got an approval letter from USCIS for my wife. Thank you Robert for everything you have done for me!”
